OK it’s not actually new. It is a remix I did of U2’s “The Fly” over 10 years ago. It wasn’t done on my powerbook studio, but it was the first time I had used a computer, hard-disk recording system to make music. Prior to that I was recording everything on 2″ tape through a big SSL console, which is still a joy these days of course if you are lucky enough to have such toys at your disposal! The whole remix was done on the computer with no other equipment and the source material I used came from the CD single plus a very well known sample, if you can spot that ;-). Showreel Page

Anyway it’s track 10 on the player and beware that it’s about 10 minutes long. After listening to it after such a long time I believe it deserves to be on a U2 release, so if anyone from the U2 camp finds this then please get in touch. Even if it’s just to give me permission to put it on my Myspace page!
